Pravas Foundation is a non-profit, non-political organization established in India in 2009 and fully operating currently in Mumbai, Palghar, Thane and slowly we are expanding our hands in other parts of Maharashtra, we are working with underprivileged children, Women & their families, regardless of their caste, creed or religion.

Our Vision is to enable every child & women empowerment to attain the right to well-being & happiness. Our projects include supporting children in the 0 to 18 Y age group & the women in Maharashtra through our Organization & Sponsorship for their empowerment. Through our Organization & Sponsorship Program, we are providing education, health & nutrition to underprivileged children & women, and youth, to empower them to reach their full potential, become employable and be-responsible citizens. We also support families and elderly members of the community through income generation activities and health interventions, focusing on those diagnosed with a major illness.

We also cater to children with special needs at our Centre. The Centre caters to an average of 90 children every year. The primary objective of the Child Care Center is to nurture the children, providing them with a professionally managed loving home, full of care, warmth, and an opportunity for physical, emotional, and intellectual growth, until they are rehabilitated within suitable adoptive families through legal procedures, at the earliest. All of this requires stretching our resources (both human and financial) to ensure that each child receives care, nutritional support, and medical intervention that she/ has a right to, with the help of caregivers, nurses, and staff.

To children and women Public awareness and community training programmers. We have been continuously working with underprivileged children to build their life worst to better. We have achieved our dreams by helping and watching the pleasant smiles of these children.
